But, I knew I was eating that beforehand, so I made sure to really stay in check the entire day and the day after I ate it. A sweet treat is totally fine every now and then, but not every day.

A lot of people are into the social media frenzy, but many are also wary, or simply choose not to partake in every or any platform online. And to ask people who are working to improve themselves, both physically and mentally to post pictures of their bodies for anyone who uses the platform is unfair.
