My question is, does Square Enix even send out order confirmation emails? Before you ask, yes, it has been a few hours since I ordered, and yes I have a registered email address with them. I redeemed the points and got the code shortly after. After spending 4 hours talking to various support people, I'm told by both Square and Playstation to contact Sony Rewards and refund my points. Hey guys, I recently bought the ffxiv starter pack for my wife on playstation, and myself on steam.
Sony Rewards says the code was redeemed successfully, so there is nothing they can or will. I don't know my square enix ID, although i DO have an account.
I log in with my e-mail on the website, but i can't figure out where to look for my square enix ID so i can log in to the actual game. Sign Up for free or, log In if you already have an account to be able to ask and answer questions. Playstation tells me that I need the registration code from Square and Square tells me that the digital copies have the registration code "built-in" and that I need to do nothing but start the application. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next, or am I just screwed out of the points and download?
